No matter how well made and maintained, product breakdowns are a fact of life. If this occurs, Allcode provide fast, effective support to get your mission critical equipment back on line.


With a dedicated team of manufacturer trained & accredited engineers, the majority of problems - hardware or software related, can be resolved remotely. On certain products, a remote diagnostics and error notification service is also available.


If the problem can not be resolved with telephone support, Allcode engineers offer on-site consultancy, working with our customers to find and fix the problem.


Allcode encourages its customers to have a degree of in-house support, developed with our on site training courses in both software & hardware maintenance. Courses range from basic operator training through to advanced programming or full printer maintenance.


Our courses are designed to ensure you get the most out of your systems, reduce downtime and promote 'best practice'. Course information is available on request.
